US Attorneys Don't Prosecute Half of Murder Cases in Indian Country

U.S. attorneys failed to prosecute 62 percent of crimes committed in Indian Country during a three-year period, and on Thursday, members of the Senate Indian Affairs Committee wanted to know why.
