Minnesota Election Judge Has Own Ballot Rejected

Shirley Graham, one of the election judges working on the still disputed Minnesota senatorial contest between Democrat Al Franken and Republican Norm Coleman, was surprised to learn that her own absentee ballot had been rejected. The Coleman camp blocked the counting of Graham’s ballot because the date next to her signature did not match the date next to the signature of her witness, even though the signatures are not required to be dated. Unfortunately for the Republicans, Graham voted for Coleman.
